Lily Stone

Lily received her initial massage training at the Cortiva Institute in Watertown and quickly realized she wanted to specialize in modalities that address the root cause of muscular pain and dysfunction. She completed an in-depth orthopedic massage training course with Tom Karis in May 2015. Her search for even more knowledge led her to 360 NMT, where she is proud to be a NeuroMuscular Therapy Provider having completed coursework with Precision NeuroMuscular Therapy.
As an avid yogi, Lily combines her yoga-based knowledge of movement and function with the neuromuscular techniques to provide an informed therapeutic treatment for each individual client. She is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love to do. Lily has also learned pregnancy massage and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
Away from the clinic you can find Lily writing songs, practicing barre and yoga, jogging, and caring for her young daughter, Ariella. An artist at heart, she also holds a BA in photography from The Art Institute of Boston.
