Sarah Ernst-Edwards
With over 11 years of experience, Sarah is constantly perfecting her treatments using the latest evidence-based techniques. She excels at working with clients with complex chronic pain syndromes, evaluating posture and movement, and bringing awareness to the mind/body connection.

Sarah’s career in movement and massage therapy stems from her work as a musician. She earned her bachelor’s degree in music from Smith College, where she began studying the Alexander Technique to improve her piano performance. Sarah pursued her initial massage training at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA, and then continued on to certify in NeuroMuscular Therapy, Manual Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Massage and Pre-Natal Massage. She has also studied Active Isolated Stretching with Ben Benjamin.

A long-time student of yoga, Sarah recently completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training at Down Under Yoga in Brookline. Sarah has volunteered at the Pan Mass Challenge for many years and is active in the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Association of Trigger Point Therapists organizations.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys playing music, cooking something new, doing sprint triathlons, hiking, and generally being outside in this wide world we live in.
